Our Social Initiatives​​

Environmental Sustainability

Innovmind’ policies are focused on greatly reducing our impact on the environment by embracing hybrid and remote working, investing in energy-efficient assets, recycling initiatives, and partnering with co-working spaces to cut down on our corporate footprint.

Additionally, retired devices are reused by our partner Promise Unbound’s funded programs to train people in rural communities with the skills they need to find and create jobs.

Social & Employee Wellbeing

We are committed to creating an environment of inclusivity and diversity through equal opportunity, respect, philanthropy, and raising awareness for social and psychological issues that may affect wellbeing. We also promote better work-life balance through options such as hybrid working, flexible hours, and support services.

All this starts at the leadership level and allows our members to learn and integrate these values from their mentors within their own lives.

Self-Learning & Improvement

Professional development and personal growth are highly invested in and celebrated here at Innovmind. Our employees are encouraged to acquire certifications in their current or related fields every year. Select team members who wish to pursue higher education may receive partial funding for their courses.

Additionally, we regularly hold workshops, lectures, and training/mentoring programmes with our staff to share our skills and insights to help each other grow professionally.
