Environmental Sustainability
Innovmind’ policies are focused on greatly reducing our impact on the environment by embracing hybrid and remote working, investing in energy-efficient assets, recycling initiatives, and partnering with co-working spaces to cut down on our corporate footprint.
Additionally, retired devices are reused by our partner Promise Unbound’s funded programs to train people in rural communities with the skills they need to find and create jobs.

Our employees are encouraged to acquire certifications in their current or related fields every year. Select team members who wish to pursue higher education may receive partial funding for their courses.
Additionally, we regularly hold workshops, lectures, and training/mentoring programmes with our staff to share our skills and insights to help each other grow professionally.
